To participant in the tutoring program the following forms must be completed:

• Student Application
• Parent/Guardian Commitment Agreement

CONDUCT OF DISCIPLINE

Conduct of Discipline:

• Students are expected to share responsibility for creating an effective learning environment.  Each student must demonstrate respect and courtesy for tutors other students, and self.
  
  
• Tutors and Students are prohibited from carrying or possessing firearms, other dangerous weapons, or drugs/alcohol on tutoring site/property, in areas of facilities being used for tutoring or sponsored events or activities.
  
  
• Tutoring staff and students are encouraged to resolve conflicts/problems in a reasonable and respectful manner (brainstorming solution with parents/guardian, school, or tutorial representatives).
• NOTE: Conduct referrals will be used as a method of communication with parents for students with serious or repeated behavior issues.
• Skyway Tutoring is committed to a safe, civil, and equitable environment for all students, parents/legal guardians, volunteers, and patrons, that is free from harassment, intimidation or bullying.
